dAuthors Volume VII: RelativityAll over deviantArt there are countless novel projects and authors awaiting readers. Some of these projects are better known than others, but as a novelist myself, the importance of growth on these projects and support for them is very important. After a lovely interview on my novel project put together by Dandi-Lions, I got to thinking of starting a new feature project on the first of each month, highlighting and celebrating the vast variety of novels and their authors that are on the site! My hopes are to bring awareness to some of the many wonderful full-length and in-progress longer works here on dA, as well as hopefully get them some new readers.dAuthors Volume VII: Relativity by DorianHarper
Now, for my seventh volume's feature, I present the ever talented (and the first time featuring two authors at once):
:iconmirz-alt: & :iconravenswd: mirz-alt & Ravenswd
They are the authors of the in-progress series Relativity.

A really big bamboo tree grows up in our yard. It was planted by my late dad years ago.
November 8, 2013, a super typhoon named Yolanda came. To pass the time, I observed the bamboo tree through my room's window. I kept waiting for it to fall down. Storm signal 3 was already declared by 1 AM. The bamboo tree still stood by 10 AM, the predicted time the typhoon would pass by our place.
It was then that I decided to write this. I just knew deep inside me, that it will be fine. The bamboo tree will not fall down and if that tree survives this super typhoon, we all are safe. God really does protect His people.
A very tall bamboo tree with many branches, twigs and a million leaves resembles a community; a family, a group of friends, a city, a country, a planet.
The bamboo tree survived because its branches, twigs, and leaves were united. They did not compete to see who would be the last one standing, instead the bigger branches helped the little ones survive. They supported each other and never did try to bring another down, because they knew that if one of them falls, everyone follows.
That single bamboo tree knew the secret of survival, which is UNITY. Let it be a lesson to all of us, because WE, HUMANS, ought to be SMARTER than trees.
UNITED WE STAND; DIVIDED WE FALL
